4 – PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE - € 8000 support Exhibition Space

Registration
The Platinum sponsorship package includes No. 4 registrations and badges for sponsor’s staff members (inclusive of access to all scientific sessions, opening ceremony, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, light lunches, and social dinner). Extra staff members or guests will have a 30% discount on the registration fee.

Additional sponsorship opportunities are available The following support packages are available to have further visibility at the conference:
The sponsor can offer the participants a coffee break at a price of 1200 €. Coffee Breaks will be served in the morning and the afternoon sessions from Monday 11th to Wednesday 14th according to the Scientific Program. The sponsor will have the possibility of distributing the company’s brochures, installing one company roll-up banner, and the company logo on the conference website.

The sponsor can offer the participants a light lunch at a price of 3000 €. Light lunches will be served on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th. The sponsor will have the possibility of distributing the company’s brochures, installing one company roll-up banner, and the company logo on the conference website. In addition, the sponsor will be granted with No. 1 registration and badge for one staff member (inclusive of access to all scientific sessions, opening ceremony, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, light lunches, and social dinner).

The sponsor can support the Welcome Cocktail (Sunday 11th) with 5000 €. The Welcome Cocktail will be at the “Fortino Borbonico S. Antonio”. The sponsor will have the possibility of distributing the company’s brochures, installing one company roll-up banner, and the company logo on the conference website. In addition, the sponsor will be granted with No. 2 registrations and badges for two staff members (inclusive of access to all scientific sessions, opening ceremony, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, light lunches, and social dinner).

The sponsor can contribute to the cost of bags, folders, pen drives, and printing, etc., for up to 1000 €. In this case, the sponsor will have the company logo on the conference website.
