Abstract submission
Before submitting an abstract, all participants are invited to register to the meeting following the instructions given at this link. Abstracts of scientific communications will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee and published in the Abstract Book distributed in electronic version to all symposium attendants.
Please note that your registration is required to submit abstracts, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted summaries will only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee.
Participants wishing to contribute with an oral, flash, and poster presentations should submit their abstract before May 31st, 2022.
All abstracts should be submitted as e-mail attachments (Word file) to antonelladangella@italianacongressi.it
The preference between oral, flash, or poster presentation, with the indication of one Main topic as well as one or more Technology, should be indicated by the applicant using the first page of the “Abstract Template” given at this link.

The second page of the same Word file will be used to follow the adopted formatting rules.
The Organizers cannot guarantee that abstracts received after the above mentioned deadline will be published in the Abstract Book. Each participant can submit no more than two abstracts.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee and a message informing the authors about the acceptance will be sent no later than May 31st, 2022 with the indication about the oral, flash, or poster presentation.
We remind you that at least the presenting Author must be registered at the NMMC 27/NPCF 14, before the above mentioned deadline, and up to date with the payment to confirm participation

Poster Guidelines
The maximum allowed poster size is: 80 cm wide and 110 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the presenter, along with the day of presentation.
Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.
Oral and Flash Presentations Guidelines
Oral presentations: 20 minutes including the time for questions.
Flash presentations: 10 minutes including the time for questions.
